A day is considered to be 8 hours and would start early for outdoor events.

Local
A local photo shoot can be controlled (weather and daylight hours for outdoor shoots) so there is a minimum of $100 charged for a typical project. This allows for travel to and from the site as well as the setting up and multiple shots of the various subjects.

In the event that more than four(4) hours are required for the above, the rate is $50 per hour or any portion thereof. So an eight hour day would be $100 plus (4 X $50) or $300 for the first day. Each additional day on an event will be charged at the hourly rate of $50 per hour up to $400/day.

Intermediate Travel
Projects located 50 to 350 miles from our base will be charged a minimum shoot fee of $300.00. In the event that the travel time and the actual shoot time exceed the 8 hours allotted, an additional $50 per hour (or any portion thereof) shoot fee will be added to the project.

Long Distance Travel
Projects located more than 350 miles from our base will be charged a minimum shoot fee of 3 days $1,100 ($300 plus 2 @ $400 each). In the event that the actual shoot time exceeds one day, an additional $400 per day shoot fee will be added to the project.

Projects located more than 350 miles from our base include one day to the destination, one day return, and one day of actual shooting.
